Please join us on May 4th at the Anchorage Golf Course as we walk to raise funds for a good cause, supporting individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia (ADRD) and frail elders in Alaska. In our 15th year, Amblin’ for Alzheimer’s makes it possible meet the complex and unique needs of individuals leading to better care and support of those living with changing abilities.
What began with 146 walkers raising $30,000 has grown to as many as 289 walkers! Our success is due to a generous commitment of a caring community and generous sponsors. Join us in thanking them for their generosity and commitment to elders and their families across Alaska.
By walking with us you are supporting your community members in a very meaningful way. At the end of Amblin' for Alzheimer's, the top individual raising the most funds will be eligible to win two round-trip tickets, courtesy of Alaska Airlines, to anywhere Alaska Airlines flies (with the exception of Cuba).
Each registered attendee is eligible for a prize drawings happening after the walk, you must be present to win.

How can I win the two Alaska Airline round-trip tickets?

Is there a way to register offline?
We are happy to help you register over the phone as well as at our Anchorage office, located at 1750 Abbott Road. No ticket fees are included when registering via phone or in office.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Our walk is open for all ages - bring your whole family!
Can I bring my pet to walk?
No pets, please, unless they are a registered service animal and have the proper documentation. Per the Anchorage Golf Course policies, pets are not permitted on the premises.
What can I bring to the event?
Please dress appropriately for whatever May's weather may bring - it could be cold and rainy or a little warmer and sunny. You are encouraged to bring whatever you and your party needs to be comfortable throughout the walk.

What's the refund policy?
No refunds will be available after April 20, 2019. Refunds can be arranged by calling Lorraine or Samantha at 907-561-3313.

Is it ok if the name on my registration doesn't match the person who attends?
